What is Fitness Challenge? Why is it trending on social media?

In this challenge you have to tell what you do to keep yourself fit. What is your routine? Which activities do you attend? On the whole, this challenge has been done in the wake of the preparations of World Yoga Day.

These days, there is a trend of fitness challenge where everyone is challenging one another’s fitness. First of all it was started by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. He gave this fitness challenge to Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal and Hrithik Roshan. Since then, celebrities have been posting videos of their fitness and workouts on social media.

Rathore said in the fitness challenge, “Post pictures and videos today, how you keep yourself fit and send your friends a fitness challenge on social media.”

What is fitness challenge?

The Fitness Challenge is a type of activity that reflects your fitness, including those involving mornings, jogging, running, pushups, cranes, swimming, cycling, outdoor games, and all those habits that keep you fit. In this challenge you have to tell what you do to keep yourself fit. What is your routine? Which activities do you attend? On the whole, this challenge has been done in the wake of the preparations of World Yoga Day.

PM Narendra Modi is not untouched by this challenge. Virat Kohli gave a fitness challenge to PM Modi. PM has accepted Virat’s chalange. PM Modi tweeted on Virat’s challenge: “Virat I accept your challenge. I will upload my fitness video soon. ”

After Modi tweeted, many of his ministers joined the campaign. Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari also acknowledged this challenge and posted his fitness video. He gave fitness challenges to Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Manoj Tiwari is also a famous singer of Bhojpuri and Bollywood.

The legendary Amitabh Bachchan also seems to be taking the challenge of Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. He posted a picture of himself saying, “Get up like a mobile everyday, get up to forget yourself, go to the gym everyday, cycle or drive cars and see the sun every day. ”
